Sightseeing in Rome with my new Strathberry East/West bag. When Scottish luxury leather goods brand Strathberry asked me to choose a new bag for my upcoming summer in Europe, it had to be the East/West bag. I’d been in love with it since seeing The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle wearing the East/West mini in bottle green. Plus, I can never go past a luxe leather cross-body style with a gold chain shoulder strap. Choosing a colour wasn’t as easy though. The Spanish-made East/West comes in a range of colour ways, and features the label’s distinctive gold bar closure. I went for the tri colour combination of Alice Blue/Navy/Illusion Blue and it was the perfect accessory for my European vacay.
When I first posted these shots on Instagram, I got a lot of comments and messages asking how I was able to get shots at the Trevi Fountain without the people. These shots were taken at about 8am early September and it was so hot already, no one wanted to stand in the sun. So even though people had started to arrive at the fountain, they were all over on the other side taking photos in the shade.
