Bondi has its own biltong

If you want to feel really carnivorous, there’s probably no manlier snack than biltong. Essentially meat chewing gum for the gods, biltong has long been a provider of vital nutrients during extended drinking sessions. After scouting the local Bondi Markets, I was high fiving my own face when I found Bondi Biltong.

Biltong is a creation from the ‘land of the Bok’, and the Bondi Biltong boys stay true to that traditional South African recipe. Grain fed beef is marinated for 24 hours, before drying for almost a week. This creates the most richly textured and more-ish biltong I’ve ever eaten.

Bondi Biltong are hanging out at the Bondi Markets most Saturday’s.  At present there are traditional and peri peri biltongs.  We love chilli like the Irish love alcohol, so we got a bucketload of peri peri biltong.

Bondi Biltong connections: Facebook, Twitter, or just get down to Bondi Markets and have a chat to the guys. I believe they do delivery if you’re thinking of stocking up.
