While we were vacaying at Cape Panwa Hotel, we tried our hand at some authentic Thai cooking. In an alfresco kitchen under the guidance of chef Kan, we whipped up a range of delicious Thai dishes that included tom yum goong (spicy prawn soup), yam nuea (spicy beef salad) and pad thai (fried noodles with yellow bean curd).
Cape Panwa hold cooking classes weekly, but chef Khun Chulai’s culinary skills are in hot demand so make sure you book in before you arrive.
