Canon’s ‘Maiden Adventures Travel Guide’

I am very excited to share my recent collaboration with Canon Australia on their ‘Maiden Adventures Travel Guide’. The guide which will be available as a printed publication and online, features seven fellow travel photographers in epic destinations that include Nambia, Cambodia and Mexico.

My super tropical feature in the guide is from a trip I did to Samoa, which was my first time shooting underwater with the 5D Mark III and AquaTech Housing. The archipelago of Samoa is dotted in the Pacific Ocean halfway between New Zealand and Hawaii. Made up of two large islands Upolu and Sava’ii (where 99% of population lives), and eight small inlets, Samoa truly is a tropical paradise. From the moment you step off the plane onto the hot and steamy tarmac, you’ll be in vacay mode. We flew into the airport on Upolu and were entertained by a live band at the baggage carousel, which set the vibe for our entire trip.
