The Bondi Beach House

Stop trying to convince yourself that you’re living the dream in your unrenovated Bondi Beach pad that comes complete with coin-operated laundry, zero parking and annoying flatties. This is how the other half lives. Designed by architectural firm Katon Redgen Mathieson, this four-story house is located on the south end of Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach. Completed just last year, the house occupies a narrow block across from Icebergs and boasts views all the way to Ben Buckler Point. Only the best finishes have been used throughout (although the soft furnishings in the master bedroom are highly questionable), including an automated lighting system that you can control via your iPad. Recently on the rental market for an excessive five grand a week, suddenly driving laps to find a park doesn’t sound so bad.
