On day two of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia, we headed backstage at Bec & Bridge where the label had taken over an old blacksmiths workshop for their spring/summer showing. With the collection inspired by a nomadic lifestyle of travel, the models were transformed into a tribe of a tribe of golden sun-followers. Hair was tousled, freckles were dotted on, and smudgings of gold were swept under eyes. The rest of the look was kept clean and minimal, with generous sweepings of bronzer used to create flawless sun-kissed skin.
